Miscellaneous

When Michelle and Ella were little, Janene babysat them.  They were really close friends with her sons, Sylas and Bryce. But we haven't seen them in a long time.  They follow each other on Instagram and worked out a day and time to meet for ice cream.  They had a nice time catching up.

Several of our youth were in plays.  Amaya and Austin were in Sound of Music at the junior high.  They did such a great job.  Annie, Max, Oakley, Tia and Katelynn were all in Tarzan at the high school.  Annie played Jane and she was fabulous.  All of our youth are so talented and did such a great job.  I wish I'd gotten photos with all of them.  But Aly did get these photos with Annie and texted them to me.

 Michelle has been babysitting a lot.  Especially for the Broughs.  She opened a bank account to work on saving money.  She hopes to get a part time job soon and to save money to buy a car.

Alfredo is a phenomenal cook.  He made homemade guacamole and then fried eggs and had the homemade guac on toast with a fried egg.  So delicious!  I love when he cooks for us.

Alfredo's company always has a nice Christmas party.  For several years now, they have had a catered dinner in a private room at the Valley Fair movie theatre.   Then they rent out one theatre for the company to watch a movie.  This year the movie was Aquaman.  They did a drawing for the reclining seats and Alfredo won, so the two of us got the extra comfy reclining seats.  It was a fun evening.
