We went to Buffalo’s botanical gardens and walked around. We didn’t pay to go inside but enjoyed the grounds which are free. Such an interesting variety of flowers and plants!!
Next we headed to the Buffalo Zoo. We especially enjoyed watching the sea lions, the otter, and polar bear. And the baby lion cub was so darling!
After the zoo we bought some food at a grocery store and went to a nearby park to eat. The park had a small lake with canoes and paddle boats. It was a pretty park and we talked, played charades and ate.
